Welcome to the Stelloo lab

The Stelloo Lab is part of the Department of Urology at Radboudumc, located in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. More specifically, our lab is located on the first floor of the RIMLS tower.

We study how molecular mechanisms regulate gene expression and shape cellular behavior, with a particular focus on the complexity of the proteome, examining protein expression, modification, and interaction within specific biological contexts.

Our research is organized around two main lines:

• Prostate cancer: We study how molecular and epigenetic mechanisms drive tumor progression and therapy resistance, aiming to uncover new therapeutic targets.


• Embryogenesis: We investigate early mouse and human development using stem cell-based models to understand how cells organize, differentiate, and form complex structures.
